Sometimes you just need someone to keep your session on track and to make sure you get the outcome you’re seeking through discussion, debate and the involvement of everyone.
We can facilitate your workshop or meeting and keep it focused and moving along. Leaving you free to be a participant if you want to be. We’ve been doing this for decades.
Others might tell you how they can contribute to your strategy development and how they are amazing executive coaches. Yeah, right. If they were that good they’d be doing something else.
Our strength is that we provide the framework and support so that you and your team can develop your plans and meet your purpose without intruding with our own “hot takes”.
- Where matters are not clear we will ask questions to lead your group to clarity.
- Where discussion has resulted in contradictions or even conflict, we will tactfully point that out and lead the discussion to a resolution.
- What we won’t do is tell you how to run your own business.
Who Are We?
We’re a couple of senior (what we mean is older) former corporate execs. With experience in industries from Postal and couriers, Information Technology, Banking, Supply Chain, Tertiary Education, Electricity, Gambling and Power Distribution.
We’ve facilitated workshops ranging from shop floor staff, through to members of parliament.
We still take on larger projects from time to time but honestly we just dont work that hard and so we have the time to help you for a day or two because we love doing that.

Our Business Hours
We’re supposed to work 9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays, but we do vary those hours and you can often catch us later in the day. Sometimes we are all caught up in client work and cannot take calls during those times.
Where We Are
We have bases in, and charge the same rates in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra and Brisbane. Outside of those cities we chareg a small additional travel fee and accommodation if staying overnight.
Footnote
One of us, Gerard V, is a corporate entertainer and might suggest that you have some fun at your session, we cannot stop him doing that but you can always say no, “we’re focused only on the serious stuff”. That’s your call.
